Award Introduction

The WAIC Cloud Sail Award was initiated in 2020 and is the world's first award dedicated to recognizing young talents in the field of artificial intelligence. Over the past four years, a total of 98 top awardees have been selected, whose research achievements, open-source projects, or industrial practices have made positive contributions to the development of AI.

The 2024 Cloud Sail Award continues to discover and motivate the most promising young technical talents in the AI field, setting up two major lists: "Bright Star" and "Rising Star," and the award ceremony will be held at the 2024 WAIC Artificial Intelligence Young Pioneers Forum.

The "Bright Star" list selects ten outstanding technical personnel in the field of artificial intelligence hardware and software under the age of 35.

The "Rising Star" list selects fifteen excellent AI talents under the age of 30 with strong development potential.
